From 2012, built around the whole building.
-
2012
One firm, started for the whole building.
Carter and the founding partners set up the firm to give property managers and self-managed councils a single engineering team instead of a stack of disconnected consultants. Building science came through the door first.
The beginning -
2015
Structural and geotechnical join the roof.
As councils asked harder questions, the team grew to cover structure and ground conditions in house, so one firm could carry a file from the envelope all the way to the foundation.
Adding disciplines -
2018
Mechanical and electrical make it five.
With HVAC, mechanical, and electrical added, the engineers could review every system a building runs on. Five disciplines, one point of contact, every report sealed by EGBC.
Five disciplines -
2020
A Kelowna office opens for the Interior.
A second office brought the same multi-disciplinary team to the Okanagan, so stratas in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon work with engineers who know the region.
Into the Okanagan -
Today
Two offices, five disciplines, one phone call.
From Burnaby to Kelowna, the same team carries every file from first call to sealed report. Property managers stay because the engineers return calls and never hand off a project mid-stream.
