Engineering for strata properties across Greater Vancouver.
Fourteen years on the ground in the Lower Mainland. Envelope, structural, mechanical, electrical and geotechnical seals for property managers from the North Shore to Langley, sealed by engineers who know this climate.
From the North Shore to Langley.
- 01 Vancouver Downtown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant Concrete towers
- 02 Burnaby Metrotown, Brentwood, HQ base Head office
- 03 Richmond City Centre, Steveston Geotechnical
- 04 The Tri-Cities Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam Warranty reviews
- 05 Surrey Central, South, North Surrey Condition assessments
- 06 The North Shore North Vancouver, West Vancouver Envelope remediation
On the North Shore our engineers read wind-driven rain off the mountains as the toughest envelope test in the region. In Richmond they weigh the geotechnical questions the Fraser delta puts under every foundation, the ones a visiting firm walks past. We built the practice on these buildings, so the engineer who shows up already knows what this climate does to them.
The toughest envelope climate in Canada.
We built the firm here, in this climate, on these buildings, from wind-driven rain on the North Shore to the seismic assumptions behind every concrete tower. We carry that pattern recognition into every proposal we write.

Not sure where to start?
If your strata has not commissioned a report before, an investigation or scoping call is usually the right first step. A qualified engineer will walk through what your building actually needs, before you commit to a scope.

Questions from Lower Mainland property managers.
If yours is not covered, ask us on the call. We'll answer before anyone sends a proposal.
Do you serve Whistler and the Sea-to-Sky corridor?
Yes. Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and the Sunshine Coast are all regular service areas for us. Travel is scoped transparently on the proposal so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How fast can an engineer be on-site in Vancouver?
Usually within one to two business days for a new scope. Urgent matters like active water ingress or recent structural impact get prioritized same-day or next-day when possible.
We have a leaky condo era building. Can you handle the remediation design?
Yes. A significant portion of our existing-building work is envelope remediation on wood-frame stratas from the late '80s and '90s. We have deep experience with the specific failure patterns common to this building stock.
Do you coordinate with our property management firm directly?
Yes. Most of our Vancouver work runs through property managers. We handle communication flow, strata council presentations, and documentation transfer so managers spend less time acting as translator.
What about seismic upgrades? Is that something you handle?
Yes, through our structural discipline. Seismic reviews and upgrade design are a regular scope, particularly for concrete towers entering their first major renewal cycle.
We're in a small wood-frame strata. Is our project too small?
No. We regularly work with 20 to 40 unit stratas across Metro Vancouver. Reach out and a qualified engineer will scope what makes sense for your building.
Tell us about the property. We’ll return a clear proposal.
Send us a line or call the Burnaby office. A qualified engineer will understand the building, scope the right services, and send a clear proposal back within days.
